We don't collect your personal data. Our apps and games don't have accounts, don't require sign-up, don't track you, and don't phone home. Everything you create or store in our apps stays on your device.
Palmanac Limited ("we," "our," or "us") is a UK-based company that makes apps and games for iOS, iPad, and Mac. This policy covers all of our products and this website.
To be clear, we do not collect:
All data you create in our apps — passwords in SafeHold Vault, 2FA secrets in SafeHold 2FA, flashcards in CueCards, game progress, preferences, and everything else — is stored locally on your device. We have no access to it. None of it is transmitted to us or any third party.
If you delete an app, that data may be permanently lost unless you have iCloud backup enabled.
Some of our apps and games offer in-app purchases. These are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information.
Some of our free apps and games display advertisements provided by Apple's advertising framework. We do not control what data Apple collects for ad delivery. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
This website uses a cookie to remember your cookie consent preference. That's it. Our apps and games do not use cookies.
Since we don't collect personal data from anyone, we don't collect it from children either.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since we don't hold any personal data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete. If you believe otherwise, please contact us and we'll address it.
Our apps and games may link to external websites or services (e.g. the App Store). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palmanac Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps or games.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our apps and games constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
